Fudge Mixture
- 14 ounces white chocolate (bark, cut up or chips)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Mix-ins
- Melt Chocolate and Condensed Milk: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute, then remove and stir; the mixture will be partially melted. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
- Crush Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and gently crush them using a rolling pin or heavy object until broken into small pieces.
- Combine Cookie Pieces and Chocolate Mixture: Add the crushed Oreo pieces to the melted white chocolate mixture. Fold gently to combine evenly without crushing the cookies too much.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Line a medium baking dish (such as an 8×8-inch square or similar rectangle) with parchment paper.
- Pour and Spread Mixture: Pour the Oreo chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly with a spatula or spoon.
- Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 8 hours to allow the fudge to firm up completely.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Store the fudge in an airtight container for up to 1 week to maintain freshness.
- You can substitute the Oreo cookies with any sandwich cookies of your choice for different flavors.
- Be careful not to overheat the white chocolate to avoid burning or seizing.
